Recommended lenders & NJ State Programs

All of our clients are encouraged to choose the mortgage lenders who are most suitable for their wants, needs, and specific situation. 

Here are a couple of suggestions to keep in mind when choosing one. First, is the lender local and easy to communicate with? And do not trust any lender, online or otherwise, that will promise to pre-approve you without documentation (paystubs, bank statements, taxes, etc). A good lender will discuss your goals and find the right mortgage program for you. By collecting the documentation, the lender validates their competency.  Also be sure to disclose your financial status to the best of your knowledge - remember, you have a confidential relationship with your lender. Anyone involved with you sale is on a need to know basis. This should ensure that there will be no surprises with your loan after going under contract on your dream home.
